Inspection Packages and individual inspections follow the Tier I / Tier II pricing structure:
- Tier I: Travel Trailers and Class B Motorhomes
- Tier II: Class A & C Motorhomes and 5th Wheels
- Tier II pricing reflects the additional time and resources required to inspect larger, more complex RVs.
This tier system applies to both individual inspections and inspection packages.
ESSENTIAL CARE INSPECTION PACKAGE

Furnace Inspection & Service

A full removal, internal inspection, cleaning, and operational safety check of your RV furnace to ensure proper combustion, airflow, and safe heating performance.
Plumbing Inspection

A detailed inspection and leak check of your RV’s fresh water, waste water, and fixture systems to ensure proper operation and prevent water damage.
Roof Inspection
Price: $95.00
Inspection of all roof seams, sealant, and membrane to identify any openings, cracks, or areas of concern. Basic reseals or minor patches are included with the inspection, with up to one tube of sealant provided if needed. Photos are taken for customer review, and any repairs or findings are documented on the job record. Estimates for additional or more extensive repairs can be provided upon request.
Slideout Inspection
Price: $95.00 per Slideout
A detailed inspection and functional test of slideout operation, seals, structure, and drive components to identify early signs of mechanical failure and water intrusion, including minor sealant touch-ups as needed.
Structural / Subfloor Inspection
Price: $150.00
A detailed interior inspection of floors, subfloor, walls, and ceilings to identify water damage, rot, and structural concerns before they become major repairs.
Battery Inspection & Service
Price: $75.00 per Battery
A complete inspection and maintenance service for your RV batteries, including cleaning, filling, connection service, venting checks, and charging performance evaluation.
Electrical Inspection
Price: Tier I: $135.00 | Tier II: $195.00
A detailed inspection and performance check of your RV’s shore power, generator, battery, and distribution systems to ensure safe, reliable electrical operation.
Fridge Inspection

A detailed inspection and performance evaluation of your RV refrigerator’s cooling, ventilation, seals, and safety systems, including basic cleaning and thermal screening, with required pre-arrival operation for accurate testing.
Motorhome Inspection

A detailed inspection and performance check of your RV water heater’s LP and electric heating systems, combustion safety, and plumbing connections to ensure reliable and safe hot water operation.
Inspection Scope & Repair Disclaimer
Happy Camper Mobile RV Service inspection packages are limited to visual, functional, and non-invasive evaluations of the systems listed in each inspection description.
Inspections do not include intensive diagnostics, disassembly, destructive testing, adjustments, or repair labor for any issues identified. Inspections, unless otherwise noted, also do not include parts, materials, or labor required to correct any deficiencies, failures, or safety concerns noted during the inspection.
When issues are identified, Happy Camper Mobile RV Service may provide a repair quote, provided the nature and scope of the repair are reasonably determinable without further diagnostics. If additional diagnostics, testing, disassembly, or monitoring are required to properly identify the cause or extent of a problem, additional diagnostic labor charges will apply and must be authorized by the customer prior to proceeding.
Repair quotes are subject to parts availability, labor requirements, and further inspection findings. Some repairs may fall outside the scope of services offered by Happy Camper Mobile RV Service and may require referral to a specialized service facility.
Inspections are not a guarantee of future performance or condition. Hidden, intermittent, or concealed defects may exist that are not detectable at the time of inspection.
By purchasing an inspection, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these limitations.
